Where do you ship from?
Winklebee stamps are shipped directly from our workshop. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your package ships.
How long will delivery take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Depending on your country's import regulations, your package may be subject to local customs duties or taxes upon arrival. These are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs guidelines if you have questions.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We're working on expanding to more countries soon.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards processed securely through PayPal Checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order — we'll do our best to help before it ships. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.
Do you offer custom or personalized stamps?
Not at this time — our current stamps come with pre-set designs and phrases as shown on the product page. We're exploring custom options for the future, so stay tuned!

What does "pre-inked" mean? Do I need to buy ink separately?
Our stamps are pre-inked, meaning the ink is built right into the stamp itself — no ink pad required. Just press and stamp! Each one is designed to give thousands of clear, crisp impressions before the ink runs low.
What happens when the ink runs out?
Pre-inked stamps naturally fade after extensive use. Once a stamp starts running low, it's time for a fresh one — we're working on offering individual replacement stamps in the future.
Are these stamps suitable for children to use on their own?
Our stamps are designed primarily for teachers, parents, and tutors to use when reviewing student work — not as a toy for children to handle independently.
Will the ink smudge or bleed through paper?
Our ink is fast-drying and designed for standard printer/notebook paper. For best results, avoid pressing on very thin or glossy paper.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we'll process your refund within a few business days.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping costs, at no charge to you.
